• How to uninstall Cmail from your computer, or remove the green black Cmail symbol in your mail software ( if your computer's operating system is not in Chinese):
  → Click Start (Usually on the toolbar at the lower left corner of your screen)
  → Go to “Control panel”
  → Go to “Add/remove program”
  → Find “3721 Cmail”
  → Click Remove
  → Restart your mail software, and the symbol should be gone.
  
  
• How to remove the Cmail signature from your email body:
  In your mail software (Outlook Express, for example) menu, go to:
  → Tools
  → Options
  → Click on the tab "Signature"
  → Under "Signature Setting", uncheck the box next to "Add signatures to all outgoing messages"
