 Zhou founded
3721 in later 1998 and is currently CEO of the company. Prior to
founding the company, he was a senior technology and chief engineer
at Founders Group, with extensive experience in leading large development
and system integration projects for leading banks in China. Zhou
has extensive experience in consumer software, and is the first
inventor of the first email software in China. Zhou graduated from
XiAn Communications University with a master degree in computer
science. |

| Ms. Karen Q. Liu, COO |
| Liu joined 3721 in early 2000 and is currently in charge
of operation and strategic development. Prior to joining 3721, she
worked as a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company in China. Liu
is a graduate of Cornell university and holds a Ph.D degree from
Harvard University. |
